3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution.
- Review and approve work within agreed timelines.
- Ensure they have the necessary rights and licenses to all materials (content, images, logos, etc.) provided to Aura Solution.
- Make timely payments as per agreed contracts or invoices.
4. Payments & Fees
- Fees will be outlined in individual contracts, proposals, or invoices.
- Payments must be made in the agreed currency and within the due date specified.
- Late payments may attract additional charges or suspension of services.
- Project costs are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in client-provided materials remain with the client.
- Final deliverables created by Aura Solution will be transferred to the client upon full payment.
- Aura Solution retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information without prior consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Aura Solution will not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Losses caused by delays due to client inaction, third-party tools, or unforeseen technical issues.
- The outcome of SEO, social media, or lead generation efforts, as results depend on various external factors.
8. Third-Party Services
Some services may involve third-party tools or platforms (e.g., hosting providers, social networks, ad platforms). Aura Solution is not responsible for issues, downtime, or changes made by such third parties.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice.
- Aura Solution reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or breach of terms.
- Any fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions
11. Amendments
Aura Solution reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
